How to Turn Off Large Screens

The large screens are controlled by a single remote with a toggle switch to define which projector is being controlled by the remote. The toggle switch is located to the right of the screens on the wall.

For Standard Single Screen Viewing

- used for single screen presentations

1. Hold the Center screen toggle switch down.
2. While pointing the remote at the toggle switches, press the Red Power button on the projector remote.
3. A red box should appear in the lower right hand corner of the center screen. Wait three seconds or until the red box reads "Power off?" and press the Red Power Button for a second time.
4. Release Center Toggle Switch.

Note: If "Optoma" appears on the screen, the project was just turned on rather than off. Please allow it to warm up and repeat the directions to turn it off. Then hold the toggle switch in the opposite direction to turn off the orginal projector.

For Standard Three Screen Viewing

- used for three screen presenation

1. Hold Left Screen toggle switch down.
2. While pointing the remote at the toggle switches, press the Red Power Button on the projector remote.
3. A red box should appear in the lower right hand corner of the left screen. Wait three seconds or until the red box reads "Power off?" and press the Red Power Button for a second time.
4. Release Left screen toggle switch.
5. Hold Center screen toggle switch down.
6. While pointing the remote at the toggle switches, press the Red Power Button on the projector remote.
7. A red box should appear in the lower right hand corner of the center screen. Wait three seconds or until the red box reads "Power off?" and press the Red Power Button for a second time.
8. Release the Center screen toggle switch.
9. Hold Right screen toggle switch down.
10. While pointing the remote at the toggle switches, press the Red Power Button on the projector remote.
11. A red box should appear in the lower right hand corner of the right screen. Wait three seconds or until the red box reads "Power off?" and press the Red Power Button for a second time.
12. Release the Right screen toggle switch.

Note: If "Optoma" appears on the screen, the projector was just turned on rather than off. Please allow it to warm up and repeat the related steps in the directions to turn it off.

For Single Screen Stereo Projection

- used to display 3D images

1. Hold Center Screen toggle switch up.
2. While pointing the remote at the toggle switches, press the Red Power Button on the projector remote.
3. A red box should appear in the lower right hand corner of the center screen. Wait three seconds or until the red box reads "Power off?" and press the Red Power Button for a second time.
4. Hold Center screen toggle switch down.
5. While pointing the remote at the toggle switches, press the Red Power Button on the projector remote.
6. A red box should appear in the lower right hand corner of the center screen. Wait three seconds or until the red box reads "Power off?" and press the Red Power Button for a second time.
7. Release Center screen toggle switch.

For Stereo Three Screen Viewing

- used for 3D images on all screens

1. Hold Left Screen toggle switch up.
2. While pointing the remote at the toggle switches, press the Red Power Button on the projector remote.
3. A red box should appear in the lower right hand corner of the left screen. Wait three seconds or until the red box reads "Power off?" and press the Red Power Button for a second time.
4. Hold Left screen toggle switch down.
5. While pointing the remote at the toggle switches, press the Red Power Button on the projector remote.
6. A red box should appear in the lower right hand corner of the left screen. Wait three seconds or until the red box reads "Power off?" and press the red power button for a second time.
7. Release Left screen toggle switch.
8. Hold Center screen toggle switch up.
9. While pointing the remote at the toggle switches, press the Red Power Button on the projector remote.
10. A red box should appear in the lower right hand corner of the center screen. Wait three seconds or until the red box reads "Power off?" and press the red power button for a second time.
11. Hold Center screen toggle switch down.
12. While pointing the remote at the toggle switches, press the Red Power Button on the projector remote.
13. A red box should appear in the lower right hand corner of the center screen. Wait three seconds or until the red box reads "Power off?" and press the Red Power Button for a second time.
14. Release the Center screen toggle switch
15. Hold Right screen toggle switch up.
16. While pointing the remote at the toggle switches, press the Red Power Button on the projector remote.
17. A red box should appear in the lower right hand corner of the right screen. Wait three seconds or until the red box reads "Power off?" and press the Red Power Button for a second time.
18. Hold Right screen toggle switch down.
19. While pointing the remote at the toggle switches, press the Red Power Button on the projector remote.
20. A red box should appear in the lower right hand corner of the right screen. Wait three seconds or until the red box reads "Power off?" and press the red power button for a second time.
21. Release the Right screen toggle switch.

Note: If "Optoma" appears on the screen, the projector was just turned on rather than off. Please allow it to warm up and repeat the related steps in the directions to turn it off.
